Haiti Disaster Relief Information

Sixth Avenue Help Haiti
As you all know a devastating earthquake struck the nation of Haiti on Tuesday, January 12, 2010. Thousands are dead and missing and even more are injured and homeless. Pastor Sutton met with the ministerial staff on Thursday and we discussed what we can do to help. What little infrastructure Haiti had has been destroyed. We realize that this effort needs to be immediate and long term. Below is information for those of you who want to help right now. SABC will be recruiting a team in the near future for developing strategies on how we can be involved in the long term process of rebuilding Haiti. Our brothers and sisters are in desperate need. Let us do all that we can to help. Let us be the hands and feet of Jesus.

These are organizations that already had people in place before the earthquake. Donations to these groups will result in food, water and medical help getting to the Haitian people in the shortest amount of time.
